Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer for remote engagement to drive customer acquisition experiences in a regulated healthcare context. You will conduct user research, translate insights into actionable design decisions, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers in a fast-paced, Figma-based environment.

The role emphasizes accessibility, quality, and iterative design cycles, with opportunities to influence product strategy and contribute to a strong design culture

Qualifications

• Strong UX/UI experience designing responsive web applications.
• Experience designing for native iOS and Android applications preferred.
• Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated-industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web experiences for customer acquisition, with potential contributions to mobile web and embedded web within native apps.
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate user interviews and research activities, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Present design work, research insights, and rationale to product leadership on a weekly basis.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define strategy and near-term tactics.
• Champion user needs across patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider experiences, and improve colleague experiences with internal tools.
• Drive new design ideas proactively and take ownership of initiatives that impact the broader product portfolio.
• Contribute to and positively influence design culture, welcoming feedback and respectful disagreement.
• Work within a Figma-based, rapid-iteration environment to research, design, test, and iterate.
