Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a senior designer to shape live experiences through behavioral design, systems thinking, and storytelling. You will define strategies, lead end-to-end craft, and partner with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to unify SeatGeek’s platform vision.

You’ll deeply understand fans, sellers, teams, and artists, set direction, and drive 0-1 product development while balancing speed and quality.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience
Excellent craftsmanship
Understanding obstacles that create friction in live experiences
Mindset of a challenger, changemaker, and innovator
4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday
A passion for live experiences

Responsibilities

Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies while also sweating the details through execution and launch.
Balance speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product development.
Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking.
Collaboratively improve our component systems to ensure consistent, high quality experiences.
