Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive customer acquisition experiences for a Type 2, non-insulin Medicare audience. This remote contract role centers on responsive web design with exposure to mobile web and embedded web within native apps.

You will plan and conduct user research, synthesize insights, and present design work to product leadership weekly. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers in a Figma-based environment with rapid iteration cycles focused

Qualifications

• Proven UX/UI design of responsive web applications.
• Experience designing for mobile web and native apps desired.
• Healthcare/regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to justify design decisions with user research evidence.
• Portfolio showing accessibility, edge cases, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web experiences for customer acquisition, with potential contributions to mobile web and embedded web within native apps.
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate user interviews and research activities, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Present design work, research insights, and rationale to product leadership weekly.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define strategy and near-term tactics.
• Advocate for user needs across patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider experiences, and improve internal tools for colleagues.
• Proactively drive new design ideas and own initiatives impacting the product portfolio.
• Contribute to and influence design culture, welcome feedback and respectful disagreement.
• Work in a Figma-based, rapid-iteration environment to research, design, test, and iterate.
