Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scale.
• Proven track record of solving complex real‑world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user‑centered solutions.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and understand user goals.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences.
• Own 1-2 major projects at a time, serving as the design lead.
• Partner closely with product management to define project scope.
