Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC seeks a Senior UX Designer to solve complex problems with elegant, accessible solutions within the Affinity design system. You will manage sprints/releases, mentor other designers, and push speed and quality in design outputs while collaborating closely with research and engineering to align findings through to the build.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• 3-4 years of directly related work experience required

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet our UX and product strategy requirements
• Create wireframes and prototypes according to product needs
• Provide insights and incorporate user research into interface designs
• Present designs and rationales to product teams, stakeholders, and executives
• Work with UX Engineers to see designs go through development
• Create, deploy, and analyze quick iterative tests to validate wireframes and prototypes
• Support UX Research by attending and/or conducting user research including interviews and testing
• Participate in Design Thinking workshops
• Collaborate across the organization with business units and product teams
