Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work in UX/UI design
• 5+ years’ experience in desktop design including XD and visual design
• Experience driving design from concept to in-market
• 3 years leading design collaboration sessions
• Strong portfolio for desktop, native app and mobile web
• Ability to mentor junior designers and advocate for design decisions
• Fluency in Figma
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Experience with native mobile and responsive web UI
• Knowledge of AI integration in design processes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Development managers for project alignment
• Ensure Design team quality, efficiency and velocity
• Develop deep understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
• Translate complex challenges into elegant user experiences across channels
• Gain stakeholder support for design visions and rationale
• Conceptualize and define breakthrough user experiences drawing from research and goals
