Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UX design in a software organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand customer needs, goals, and constraints.
• Create user flows, information architecture, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma.
• Analyze insights from user research, usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to inform design decisions.
• Support UX Research with usability test planning, discussion guides, observation sessions, and synthesis of findings.
• Contribute production-ready front-end code and collaborate with developers to maintain quality.
• Help evolve design systems, reusable patterns, UX standards, and front-end guidelines.
• Ensure responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile and advocate for accessibility.
• Facilitate design discussions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Document design decisions clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
