Walmart is seeking a Senior UX Designer in San Bruno, CA to lead user-centered design across digital platforms, guiding research, prototypes and usability testing. About the team:
The Walmart Global Design Homepage, Navigation, and Events team shapes the architecture of Walmart’s website and mobile app, managing some of the highest-traffic areas of the Walmart digital experience. This team crafts engaging homepage experiences that highlight top products, events, and value, guiding customers through their shopping journeys. They develop tailored solutions for major holidays and shopping events to attract and retain customers. Collaborating across functions, the team applies usercentered design, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance consumer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and effective retail experience.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
