Job summary

Rose International is seeking a UX Designer to shape and implement engaging, accessible interfaces. The role requires strong proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and UX design, plus 5+ years of experience and collaboration in agile, cross-functional teams.

Hybrid work is offered with three days onsite in Minneapolis, MN 55402, and two remote days, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution
• Expert with Figma and experience working with existing design systems
• Experience working in agile, cross functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to problem-solve and work independently

Responsibilities

• Creates accessible interaction modules, screen layouts, style guides, pattern libraries, images, icons and other visual elements for approved and funded projects.
• Applies and updates existing brand (visual and interaction) standards to accommodate new products and campaigns.
• Presents and communicates design and design goals to teammates and partners.
• Validates code is built as designed during projects (according to brand standards, style guides and pattern libraries).
• Reviews artifacts and deliverables from peer designers to ensure they accurately represent the brand.
