Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant business experience.
- 6+ years designing user experiences for web sites and applications.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience with responsive, mobile-first design and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the UX process across Unum’s teams.
- Lead cross-functional UX initiatives translating user needs into UI
- Ensure accessibility standards and brand guidance.
- Mentor UX talent and establish scalable design practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, CX, Scrum teams and engineers.
