Qualifications

• Minimum six years of UX design experience in complex environments.
• Experience shaping product design directions and contributing to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design craftsmanship using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups.

• Facilitate design thinking workshops and document design strategies.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and synthesize feedback.
• Explore AI tools to enhance UX workflows and designs.
• Stay current with UX trends and financial services industry best practices.
• Collaborate with end-users to ensure intuitive and frictionless experiences.
• Advocate for users and consider impact on workflows and performance.
• Transform feedback into actionable design insights, with clear tickets for engineering.
• Ensure smooth handoffs of designs to engineering with clarity and precision.
• Architect holistic end-to-end user experiences across platforms.
