TrendMicro is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to craft outstanding UX for our cybersecurity products. You will join a global UX team and partner with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Visual Designers to apply user-centered design methods and shape innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

You will drive end-to-end experiences, create detailed user flows, prototypes, and specifications, and expand UX guidelines across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/product design, preferably in SaaS or platform services.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in UX Design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Mandarin a bonus.
• Strong collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to solve complex design problems with data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to align on business goals.
• Design end-to-end experiences with clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain UX guidelines and patterns for company-wide use.
• Communicate designs effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
• Improve processes and adopt new tools, including AI in the design workflow.
