Job summary

Findem is seeking a senior UX designer to lead design for agentic and UX experiences across RRA, RaaS, and Exec Search. You will shape artifact design and early customer prototype UX, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

You will contribute hands-on frontend work, polishing UX code with PRs and ensuring high-quality interfaces. The ideal candidate has 5+ years shipping digital products, a strong portfolio, and comfort moving quickly in ambiguous, early-stage settings in SaaS

• Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype in ambiguous, early-stage contexts.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B preferred.

Your Working Experience:

• 5+ years designing and shipping digital products with a portfolio of live experiences.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype in ambiguous, early-stage contexts.
• Preferred: 0-to-1 or exploratory product work in SaaS or B2B.
