Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Degree in HCI/Interaction Design/Product Design or related field.
• Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe) for visual expression and motion.
• Strong problem mapping and end-to-end user flow generation.
• Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows.
• Strong communication and portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design.

Responsibilities

• Map rider flows and interaction models for pickup/drop-off touchpoints.
• Create UI concepts and rapid prototypes for testing and evaluation.
• Lead usability testing sessions and translate feedback into insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Travel to locations for contextual research and field testing.
• Advocate for human-centered design across the organization.
