Google seeks a Senior UX Designer to shape the systems and intelligence layer for Google’s agentic ecosystem. You will transform complex data into engaging narratives and dashboards, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate constraints into seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Experience in data visualization and translating data into stories.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex qualitative and quantitative data into rich, actionable narratives and dashboards to drive executive decision-making.
• Apply AI-fluent, user-centered design to deliver end-to-end solutions, from initial technical discovery to final polished assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX researchers, software engineers, and product managers to translate technical constraints into seamless user experiences.
• Design tools and systems for audiences, addressing the distinct information needs of individual contributors and executives.
• Design seamless onboarding experiences and data narratives that improve the perception and efficiency of AI tools across the organization.
