Job summary

Google, Kirkland, WA, is look­ing for a Senior UX Designer to shape the AI systems knowledge and intelligence engine. You will turn data into compelling visual narratives, work with researchers and engineers, and help define industry-leading user experiences within Google’s agentic ecosystem.

You will balance system design with prototyping, collaborating on the Google design language, and accelerating velocity for developers and autonomous agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Experience in data visualization and translating data into stories.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Responsibilities

• Transform complex qualitative and quantitative data into rich, actionable narratives and dashboards to drive executive decision-making.
• Apply AI-fluent, user-centered design to deliver end-to-end solutions, from initial technical discovery to final polished assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX researchers, software engineers, and product managers to translate technical constraints into seamless user experiences.
• Design tools and systems for audiences, addressing the distinct information needs of individual contributors and executives.
• Design seamless onboarding experiences and data narratives that improve the perception and efficiency of AI tools across the organization.
