• Comfortable navigating GitHub for collaborating with engineering teams.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG compliance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex findings into clear insights.

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our cross-functional team supporting digital products for Veterans and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You’ll work alongside engineers, designers, researchers, and product managers to ensure product decisions are grounded in user needs and informed by data. This role requires hands-on research expertise, strong collaboration skills, and experience in government contracting.
