Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a Senior UX Designer to elevate live experiences across its platform. You will lead end-to-end craft, define strategy, and partner with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to connect the dots into a cohesive vision.

You have 4+ years of experience, exceptional craftsmanship, and an understanding of the constraints in live event logistics. The role supports remote work with overlapping hours on East Coast time.

This person is highly skilled in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling. They will define strategies, provide end-to-end craft and thought leadership, and partner seamlessly with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and more. This person will connect the dots into a cohesive vision across the various verticals of SeatGeek's business, and evolve our platform to become the best-in-class ticketing platform on the market. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
