Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Design Senior Manager to lead interdisciplinary design efforts across digital prototyping, presentation design, and immersive activations.

You will drive end-to-end user experiences for S&T priorities, collaborating with product, strategy, data, and analytics teams to deliver high-value experiences. Strong storytelling and executive presence are essential for stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related design field required, MS/MFA preferred.
• 10+ yrs experience in UX, design strategy, or related fields.
• Ability to lead complex design projects and deliverables.
• Expert in digital design tools including Figma, Adobe CS, Sketch, InVision, AfterEffects.
• Proficient in front-end development concepts and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Experience creating experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, and high-fidelity wireframes.
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and executive-presenting skills.
• Experience with design systems and extensible assets.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and keeping visuals current.

Responsibilities

• Helps the Product Owner define high-level concepts and customer value proposition.
• Lead client-facing sessions and workshops, explaining design rationale.
• Defines interactions for user flows and saves the service/product task sequences.
• Design frameworks to organize information and explain product/service behavior over time.
• Collaborates with design disciplines to balance user needs with business goals.
• Visualizes solutions with models, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation.
• Partners with front-end developers to implement designs.
• Guides customer-centered product design across the ecosystem.
• Maintains digital principles and visual style guides across channels.
