Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, interaction design, or product design.
2+ years of direct supervisory or people management experience leading design teams.
Proven expertise in UX, information architecture, wireframing, and design patterns.

Responsibilities

Define, champion, and govern UX roadmaps and design strategies balancing business needs and user needs.
Scale design systems and patterns across native mobile and web platforms.
Lead end-to-end UX for complex initiatives, from journeys to high-fidelity specs.
Guide qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and synthesis of insights.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Analytics and Customer Advocacy.
