Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or UX Strategy.
• Proficient with structured scoring, usability friction matrices, and data tracking in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent with modern design and collaboration tools; comfortable using leading AI tools to evaluate AI experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• UX Analysis & Structural Assessment: identify user pain points and improve UX across rubrics.
• Information Architecture & Interaction Design: optimize site maps, navigation, user flows, and prototypes.
• Insight Visualization & Report Design: create journey maps, personas, task flows, and executive decks.
• Structured Evidence Gathering: organize interface evidence into visual repositories and data models.
• AI Interaction Critiques & Practice Support: analyze AI features and support client workshops across projects.
