Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 8 years of UX design experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for 2 years; total 6 years.
• Experience in Agile environments and providing UX feedback throughout development.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX planning, design and development for mission-critical tools and systems.
• Conduct UX research to understand user needs and improve usability.
• Create visual designs, screen mock-ups, prototypes and interaction flows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and front-end developers to implement designs.
