Do you have a strong UXA portfolio that showcases complex project wireframe samples, intuitive workflows, data visualizations, dashboards and core UX / UI design skills? Our client's Global Customer Experience and Design teamis seeking an experienced UX Architect with critical thinking skills tocreate intuitive and highly functional web, visual and interaction design that results in functional, usable interfaces. The Senior UX Architect is expected to distill user research and apply extensive knowledge of usability and human-centric design principles to create intuitive and highly functional web, visual and interaction solutions.

Reporting to the UX Lead, the UX Architect will be part of a larger scrum team, working with designers, developers and researchers on a daily basis. This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire role.

Portfolio Note : In order to be considered, candidates should have complex wireframe project samples to show, 10+ years' proven digital design experience(specifically in product design, or web, mobile-first, app, responsive), past experience in senior UXA roles, be comfortable working within a scrum team and have a strong portfolio showing core UX / UI design skills, intuitive workflows, data visualizations and dashboards.

You Will :

• Simplify complex content, processes and ideas into functional, usable interfaces that allow a user to accomplish tasks rapidly with minimal room for error
• Distill qualitative and quantitative research data into simple and functional information architecture (taxonomies, navigation data consumption models, and workflows) and client presentations decks
• Creating innovative data consumption models (employing KPIs, data visualizations and other content) that provide a solid narrative and drive informed decision-making
• Define and document the information architecture and interaction flows through wireframes and prototypes utilizing Figma
• Conduct and / or participate in product usability tests with user
• Communicate and work effectively with cross-functional team members including but not limited to designers, developers, writers, scrum masters and business analysts
• Contribute to planning and daily stand ups with a development team in an agile workflow
• Be proactive in recognizing UX / UI gaps in design and propose solutions, while considering the holistic experience
• Conduct Heuristic Evaluations using the 10 usability heuristics and create corresponding presentation of findings

You Have :

• Complex wireframe project samples to show, senior UXA roles at a commercial software product company, design firm, or consulting firm, 10+ years digital design experience, specifically in product design (or web, mobile-first, app,responsive)
• Expert in Figma for prototyping / wireframing, and Figjam for whiteboarding and process flows
• Expert in W3C standards and common taxonomy
• Innovative skillsin solving UX problems by levering the latest technology with your knowledge of product design best practices
• Ability to articulate user experience design issues effectively
• Technical acumen of industry standard development stacks and can apply that knowledge to the creation of concepts that can be accomplished by development
• Expertise in current trends for UX / UI design and data visualization
• Ability to present and justify design thinking to peers and stakeholders throughout key milestone deliverables
• Ability to effectively manage and direct designers / production artists to design screens and create assets
• Mastery of user-centered design principles and practices
• Highly experienced at creating detailed and accurate IA artifacts (e.g. site maps, wireframes, data visualizations, workflows and customer journeys) with project samples to show critical thinking
• Experience working in an agile development process
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities

• Laptop / Program Requirements : Must use own Mac during the contract period then client will send a Mac upon conversion
• Team Structure : Agency-like team environment and structure within a large corporate company
• Background Check needed? Yes, must clear before contract starts
• Pay Rate : $69-$81 / hour DOE
• Salary : $120-$140k+ 15% bonus potential (prorated first year pending start date)
