Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in drinking water, wastewater, and/or stormwater utility engineering.
• 5 or more years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of organizational assessments and infrastructure studies.
• Provide operational management of the Utility Management Services team.
• Serve as the project manager for utility management projects.
