Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior User Support Specialist to help set up and operate an end-user support program for major applications and projects. The role requires expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory within a DOJ context.

The candidate will deliver user training, manage training schedules, and may supervise a team of support staff. Excellent communication and prior government IT experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching/training users on computer applications (database/imaging/litigation support preferred).
• 1+ year experience with the supported applications.
• Supervisory experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating an end-user support program for major applications.
• Establish training programs and facilities; schedule training sessions.
• Deliver user-level training for databases/software and office automation tools.
