  • Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with survey and analytic platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
  • Skills in statistical analysis and data visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of inclusive design principles and ethical research practices
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences
