What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead research initiatives to uncover user insights that inform product strategy and design decisions

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience conducting UX research in a consultancy, agency, or non-agency enterprise environment
- Proven experience leading research efforts from discovery to validation
- Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing impactful research outcomes and methodologies
- Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with survey and analytic platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
- Skills in statistical analysis and data visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of inclusive design principles and ethical research practices
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences
