  • Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms
How to Stand Out
  • Experience with survey and analytics platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex data insights
