What to Expect
- Lead research initiatives to uncover user insights that inform design decisions and product strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, and developers to prioritize user needs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to validation
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and compelling presentations for stakeholders
- Utilize various data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends in user behavior
What is Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience conducting UX research in a consultancy, agency, or enterprise environment
- Proven experience leading research projects throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating impactful research outcomes
- Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms
How to Stand Out
- Experience with survey and analytics platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex data insights
- Background in ethical and inclusive research practices
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and consensus-building techniques
