Job description

The Opportunity

The Boss is a fast-growing online gaming company redefining how players engage with casino entertainment. We combine a world-class game portfolio, data-driven decision making, innovative player experiences, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction to build a differentiated gaming platform for North America.

Having recently completed a major rebrand and entered a new phase of growth, we are expanding our leadership team, investing in product and technology, and building the operational foundation required to scale responsibly. This is an opportunity to join early, make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of the business.

The Boss is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to support our team on an initial three-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Our team is actively working to improve the player experience across The Boss, with a particular focus on our game lobby, Coin Store, website, and other key player journeys. We’re looking for a designer who can help accelerate execution while also bringing a fresh perspective to how we approach the product.

This is a hands‑on design role. You will work alongside our existing team to turn ideas and requirements into thoughtful, polished experiences in Figma that can be handed off directly to our development team for implementation.

The ideal candidate brings experience within the sweeps casino, social casino, or broader iGaming space and can apply relevant UX/UI best practices while also identifying new opportunities to improve the player experience.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
  • Design responsive experiences across desktop and mobile.
