Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
• Hires, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all used-vehicle sales employees.
• Maintains vehicle inventory; oversees appraisals and reconditioning within cost and time limits.
• Plans and controls the display of used vehicles and establishes delivery procedures.
• Develops advertising campaigns and promotions; monitors auction activity and pricing.
