Responsibilities

• Review federal tax returns (forms 1120, 5471, 8858, 8865) and schedules.
• Review state income tax returns and estimated payments.
• Prepare quarterly income tax provision components (GILTI, Subpart F, 163(j)).
• Conduct technical tax research and quantitative analysis for planning.
• Model US tax reform scenarios (GILTI, 163(j), foreign tax credits).
