Cardinal Health seeks a Senior US Marketing Manager, Incontinence, to lead a team of marketing professionals and drive commercial strategies for the Incontinence portfolio. You will guide product launches, pricing initiatives, and demand generation while partnering with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to deliver growth and profitability.

The role requires strong executive presence, deep healthcare market knowledge, and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product marketing, downstream marketing, or related healthcare disciplines preferred.
• Prior people leadership experience with ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Experience leading commercialization strategies, portfolio management, product launches, pricing initiatives, and demand generation programs.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of downstream marketing professionals with clear priorities and growth opportunities.
• Own the downstream marketing strategy for the Incontinence portfolio and align initiatives to growth targets.
• Develop and execute commercialization plans, including product launches, customer campaigns, pricing, and market development initiatives.
• Partner with Global Product Management, Sales, Enterprise Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Finance to drive performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness and business performance.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and collaborate with field teams and executives.
