Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an attorney with corporate governance expertise.
• Active license to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia.
• Understanding of U.S. public company governance rules and Delaware corporate law.
• Experience advising financial institutions or complex international corporations.
• Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment.
