Job summary

MGID, a global AdTech platform, seeks a senior US lawyer to partner with the business on commercial contracts, privacy, data protection and regulatory compliance. You will lead negotiations, manage US legal matters, and advise on complex disputes, litigation coordination, and governance with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Law degree and active membership in good standing of a US state bar.
• Minimum 8 years of US legal experience across commercial contracts, privacy, and regulatory matters.
• Experience advising tech, digital advertising, or data-driven businesses, including negotiating complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate US commercial contracts including MSAs, publisher/advertiser, agency, SaaS, and data agreements.
• Lead material/high-risk US negotiations and develop contract templates and playbooks.
• Provide privacy-by-design and regulatory guidance across products, data flows, and marketing activities.
