Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or PharmD, with 3 years of relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of US advertising and promotional regulations
• Experience communicating with OPDP
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage timelines
• Experience launching new products or indications

Responsibilities

• Review US promotional and non-promotional/scientific material and provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary contact for communications with the OPDP/APLB for assigned products, including preparation and submission of promotional materials under FDA Form 2253.
• Provide regulatory training support for promotional activities and conferences.
• Advise product development teams on advertising and promotion issues to facilitate strategic development of new products.
• Communicate labeling changes to stakeholders and guide implementation of updates.
