Qualifications

• Advanced degree in scientific discipline (PharmD, PhD, or MD) required.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/scientific communications experience, including enterprise leadership.
• Experience leading Medical Information/Content development and promotional review teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the US medical content strategy and global-to-local evolution.
• Evolve operating model for Medical Information and promotional review activities.
• Establish standards, KPIs, and feedback loops for content quality and impact.
• Partner with US Medical, TA, and Commercial leaders to align SciComms priorities with plans and milestones.
