Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Sr Staff Urban Planner to support Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The role involves coordinating Real Property projects, updating base maps, and ensuring timely, compliant project deliveries within an integrated team.

You will assist with scheduling, cost tracking, documentation, and cross-functional communication, requiring a Bachelor’s in urban planning or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, geography, or related field with 5+ years of land use/policy/GIS/design experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance and access to AEDC networks.
• Citizenship is required due to federal government contract compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare site plans and coordinate siting of facilities and projects.
• Update base maps, utilities, and roads using AutoCAD; document changes.
• Report new facilities or demolitions to Real Property Officer and NexGen.
• Assign facility numbers and update Oracle WAM tables.
• Prepare work requests for signage and update facility indexes.
• Maintain NexGen assets and master work permits records.
• Conduct annual inventory and document facility conditions.
• Walk the base perimeter to inspect monuments and signs.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and perform other duties as required.
