Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years' experience in project engineering and management in Oil & Gas, preferably upstream.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of PMI/PMP methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Manage all phases of upstream oil and gas projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project execution plans with defined scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Monitor progress, risks, and changes; implement mitigations and document decisions.
• Prepare regular status reports and financial updates for stakeholders.
• Liaise with management, clients, and regulators; manage client relationships.
