Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Upstream Marketing for the DePuy Synthes Navigation Platform. Ideal location includes Raynham, MA, or Boston, MA, with consideration for Warsaw, IN, West Chester, PA, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

You will shape strategy for enabling technology in the operating room, orchestrating roadmap, capability expansion, and commercialization across technologies. Lead cross-functional teams and engage external stakeholders to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in marketing or related roles.
Experience supporting regulated medical devices or connected hardware platforms.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and tell compelling business stories.
Proven go-to-market strategy development and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy with market research.
Develop business cases with market sizing, financial modeling, and valuations.
Translate clinical workflows and regulatory needs into messaging and training.
Define customer requirements and messaging for connectivity and device provisioning.
Create evidence positioning and align messaging with regulatory claims.
Lead cross-functional launch readiness with Regulatory, R&D, IT, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
Drive external stakeholder engagement to validate direction and accelerate adoption.
Own competitive intelligence and ecosystem mapping to inform priorities.
Measure post-launch adoption using field feedback and outcomes data.
