Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Lead Information Security Specialist to safeguard enterprise Unix/Linux and Mainframe systems through privileged access management, sudo administration, and RACF. You will design IAM solutions, conduct audits for SOX/GLBA, develop automated scripts, and mentor the team while documenting policies.

Key responsibilities include administering PAM infrastructure, bridging BoKS with IAM, and conducting audits to ensure regulatory compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information technology and/or cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years of Unix/Linux experience.
• Experience with scripting (Bash, KSH, Python, Perl).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain sudo access control policies across enterprise Unix/Linux environments.
• Administer and optimize Unix privilege access management infrastructure.
• Manage Mainframe RACF environment including user management and dataset permissions.
• Conduct Unix and RACF security audits for SOX/GLBA/PCI-DSS compliance.
• Develop automated security scripts to streamline reviews and reporting.
• Bridge BoKS/sudo controls with enterprise IAM solutions.
• Identify and remediate access control gaps through reviews and risk assessments.
• Mentor team members and document sudo policies and configurations.
