Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Lead Information Security Specialist to safeguard enterprise Unix, Linux, and Mainframe systems through privileged access management and RACF administration. You will design IAM access controls, automate security scripting, and mentor teammates, bridging Unix and RACF with enterprise IAM solutions.

The role emphasizes SOX, GLBA, and PCI-DSS compliance, with hands-on experience in BoKS, sudo policy, and modern security frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years Unix/Linux experience.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, KSH, Python, Perl).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain sudo access control policies across enterprise Unix/Linux environments.
• Administer and optimize Unix privilege access management solution infrastructure.
• Manage Mainframe RACF environment including user management and dataset permissions.
• Conduct Unix and RACF security audits for SOX, GLBA, PCI-DSS compliance.
• Develop automated security scripts to streamline access reviews and reporting.
