In this role, you will work with members to enhance their financial lives by analyzing their current and future financial situations, advising on lending and deposit products, and providing excellent member service.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, previous banking/lending experience, and the ability to obtain an NMLS number.

Essential Functions

• Assist members in finding suitable borrowing solutions through various channels; provide education on loans and perform credit reviews.
• Open and manage deposit accounts, build relationships with new members, and educate on digital services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer members to partners for additional products and services.
• Build long-term relationships, provide financial education, and ensure excellent member service.

Job Specifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bilingual preferred.
• At least one year as a Universal Banker preferred; ability to obtain NMLS number.
• Two years of retail financial or sales experience; higher education in finance/business/marketing may substitute.
• Basic math skills, knowledge of deposit and loan products, and problem-solving abilities.
