We are currently seeking a Senior Universal Banker to work out of our Pewaukee branch.

Job Overview

As a Senior Universal Banker at our Pewaukee branch, you will work with members to improve their financial lives by analyzing their current and future financial situations. You will advise members on lending and deposit products, as well as other services.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate and advise members on borrowing needs through various access points, including in-branch, phone, and video.
  2. Provide education and consultation on loans, perform credit bureau reviews, and input loan applications.
  3. Maintain extensive knowledge of all lending products and accurately calculate lending ratios.
  4. Ensure all lending paperwork is correctly collected and processed.
  5. Provide deposit solutions, open various accounts, and assist members with online and mobile banking services.
  6. Identify cross-selling opportunities and make appropriate referrals.
  7. Build long-term relationships with members through excellent service and financial education.
  8. Participate in outbound calling activities and utilize service recovery when needed.
  9. Educate members on convenience services such as online banking and ATMs.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year as a Universal Banker preferred
  • Ability to attain NMLS number
  • Two years of retail financial or sales experience, or higher education in finance/business/marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills for financial calculations
  • Knowledge of deposit and loan products
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
