Job summary

Systems Plus, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer to join our on-site team. You will provide technical support for mobile devices, coordinate platform deployments, and contribute to IT process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT operations, strong Windows Server and MDM (Workspace ONE) experience, and proficiency with Active Directory and Office 365. A flexible schedule and 24x7 on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater.
• Experience with Windows Server management and vulnerability remediation patching.
• 5+ years of operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired.
• 4+ years of operations support experience with Workspace ONE UEM.
• Flexible schedule and 24x7 on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, organizational stakeholders, internal systems administrators, and the non-technical user community.

Daily Responsibilities

• Should be available to work on a flexible schedule and participate in 24×7 on-call technical support.
• Must be able to work from home/remote when requested using agency supplied equipment.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the following technology is a plus:
  • Workspace One UEM
  • Workspace One Access
  • Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Microsoft Active Directory Windows Server Administration
