Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) seeks a Senior Production Specialist to join Lexington Underwriting. You will independently select, price, and place new and renewal business with guidance from authority letters, working with brokers and agents.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales and marketing, and coordinating training and special projects while representing the company at events.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Insurance Company, Agency or Brokerage experience.
• Knowledge of US Casualty lines and underwriting for construction/business is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Independently select, monitor, and price new and renewal business.
• Market products and travel to assigned agents as required.
• Communicate with agents regarding rating, underwriting and policy issuance issues.
• Assist in training of support staff and coordinate special projects and timetables.
• Represent the company in industry functions and events.
