CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to drive financial analysis and PBM underwriting strategies. You will influence pricing decisions, develop models, and communicate findings to leadership. This role emphasizes collaboration with Caremark and Aetna teams to optimize profitability and client value.

The candidate will oversee complex pricing strategies, support regulatory considerations, and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role, or comparable industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess risk and develop recommendations to maximize client value while retaining margin in PBM and Enterprise.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on in-depth competitive analysis.
• Assist Aetna’s Underwriting leadership to develop downstream pricing by providing segment-specific data.
• Complete tasks in the Caremark Underwriting models and modify FAFs as needed.
• Produce ad hoc analyses to support internal and client requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Caremark/Aetna Finance partners.
• Create and update Pricing Commitment Documents reflecting Caremark terms for each business segment.
