Job summary

CNA Insurance seeks an experienced underwriting professional to manage a highly complex book of Private/Non-Profit Management Liability. You will analyze and price sophisticated risks, develop endorsements, and lead benchmarking efforts with underwriters and management.

Reporting to a manager or above, you will mentor junior staff, coordinate with brokers, and stay current on regulatory changes across New York. A strong track record in underwriting and client-focused communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Makes recommendations on underwriting policy and pricing strategy.
• Markets products through agencies and maintains broker relationships.
