Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to develop and maintain expertise in the healthcare marketplace, PBM, and CVS data warehouses. You will analyze client data to ensure competitive, profitable pricing offers and provide insights to pricing partners.

You will work with Underwriting and Strategic Proposals teams to deliver analytical solutions and translate results into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders, leveraging Excel, SQL, and R.

Qualifications

• 4 years of analytics experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets.
• Experience using business analytics to solve data-driven questions.
• Ability to communicate complex analytic findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAS, R, or SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics to support client-specific setups and plan designs.
• Partner with Underwriting to define, scope, and deliver analytical solutions.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams through ad hoc reporting and process improvement.
