Job summary

MSIG USA, the US-based subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, is seeking an underwriting support professional in New York. You will drive data collection, file organization, and administrative tasks to assist in the underwriting process while delivering strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves handling new and renewal accounts, preparing documentation, and coordinating with brokers to gather necessary information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 7 or more years of insurance experience; surety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data into Tinubu for portfolio management and underwriting decisions.
• Gathers and organizes information to prepare new and renewal policy files for underwriter review.
• Maintains various account databases and ensures up-to-date status updates.
• Provides timely and professional customer service to internal and external customers including Underwriters and Brokers.
• Reviews new/renewal submissions for necessary underwriting data and follows up with brokers for information.
