Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty underwriting experience.
• Established broker relationships at peer level.
• Regional/local insurance market understanding.
• Undergraduate degree required; CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage broker portfolios to drive profitability and growth.
• Underwrite new and renewal accounts to meet targets.
• Underwrite Property & Casualty book including Workers' Comp, GL, Auto, Umbrella.
• Serve as technical expert for a product line within Middle Market.
• Coordinate with MMC/ARC/Claims/Operations in underwriting process.
• Lead complex referrals and negotiate terms with clients and brokers.
• Drive placing of FAC Reinsurance prior to policy inception.
