Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitoring incoming work assignments and tracking who will be working on those assignments
• Creating reports that will track the assignments including receipt date, due date, and actual completion date. These reports will be provided to management for tracking purposes
• Coordinate and communicate these assignments with other teams. and participate in frequent meetings
• Coordinates proposal development activities including drafting proposals for new and existing clients (e.g., employers, government), gathering related statistical and system-related reports, and directing the preparation of supporting documents and analyses
• Works closely with sales, product, legal, pricing, and other functions to tailor contractual provisions to reflect prospect's needs, company interests, and appropriate resources and timelines
• This function includes jobs responsible for network analysis and disruption projections related to new business cases, which may require expertise in software used for modeling and geographic impact analysis
• Supports initial contract admin and client service in clarifying requirements and ensuring fulfillment of obligations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience working with Data Entry
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate experience working with CRM’s (Salesforce)
• Expert experience working with Microsoft Outlook
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast - paced office environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

The salary range for this role is $59,500to $116,600annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
